We went to Bonobo (they need a website) for brunch on Sunday. It was really good - I've never had egg pizza before. Good coffee, and friendly service (but that might have been because we were the only ones in the place - though it was snowing out).
It is an option if Ohno Cafe (their neighbor down the street) is too crowded. Though their bialy sandwiches are worth the wait (mmmm, the number three).
And speaking of food, there is a great new (to me at least) website, the Portland Food Map. As the name implies, they 'map' out seemingly all of the places to eat in town, and provide links to reviews online. They also list any food related stores.
