Just hope they did not lose their retirement savings.
"PORTLAND, Maine—Maine's largest city has made a national publication's Top 10 list for the best places to retire in America.

In its second annual 'Best Places to Retire' list, U.S. News & World Report uses criteria that factored in the cost of living, climate, crime rate, educational opportunities, health care access and recreational amenities.

Besides Portland, other communities in the top 10 are Bella Vista, Ark.; Boulder, Colo.; Eden Prairie, Minn.; Green Valley, Ariz.; Issaquah, Wash.; Long Meaddow, Mass.; Punta Gorda, Fla.; Reston, Va.; and Walnut Creek, Calif.

The list was released on the magazine's Web site Friday. The magazine goes on sale Monday on newstands."
