Portland Hall sold

The Press Herald reports that the former USM student housing building has been sold. The building has been empty since at least the beginning of the school year. It is a fairly large building, with a parking garage in the back - the whole property goes back to Deering St. Based on on its location and size, it is a pretty valuable piece of real estate.
