The Buck Stops at Joe's

Several local stores accepted conterfeit $20 bills, but Joe's does not take that crap.

The businesses that received the false currency are 7-Eleven on Congress Street, the Treasure Chest book store on Pine Street, Rite-Aid on Congress Street and Dunkin' Donuts on Congress Street. Joe's Smoke Shop on Congress Street received a $20 bill, but identified it as fake and confiscated it.
