Sorry, I couldn't resist. The Bollard reports on the delay in the start of the condo project that is to incorporate car sharing. Considering the shape of the housing market, a $142,000 studio condo might be priced too high.

"Developer Peter Bass said he’s still hopeful banks will “start opening their doors a little bit” and enable his 26-unit project, called Danforth on High, to move forward, but there’s no guarantee that’ll happen.
