"The owners of the Portland Press Herald and Maine Sunday Telegram have finalized their sale of the newspapers' buildings on Congress Street.
MTM Portland Properties, an affiliate of MaineToday Media Inc., announced last month that it entered into a purchase agreement with developer John Cacoulidis for the newspaper’s main office at 390 Congress St. and its former printing press building at 385 Congress St." - PPH
