City Council Wants More Scrap Metal

While the City is hoping to clear Bayside of its scrap metal yards, the Council voted to seek the USS John F. Kennedy. They do know it won't replace The Cat, right?
"By a unanimous vote, the city council voted to support relocating the USS John F. Kennedy to Portland Harbor. This unanimous vote authorizes the Mayor to send a letter to the U. S. Navy on behalf of the “JFK for ME” Museum Committee’s effort to obtain ownership of the ship and bring it to Portland Harbor." - Munjoy Hill News
