Salt apparently is moving to Congress St., and The Empire opens (haven't been there yet myself).
Forecaster: "Over at the Empire, talent buyer Ryan Dolan is confident the cavernous second-story music space will bring yet another generation to the street – a slightly older group looking for some bluegrass or blues and a place to feel comfortable."
