Bishop's Flawed Reasoning

Until the Catholic church requires married couples to have kids, this argument does not hold up. Will they ban infertile couples from marrying? Force the divorce of couples if one can't or does not want to have kids?

There is more than enough procreation going on, what is need is more loving families, regardless of composition.
