Portland's Most Wanted
Corey over at Portland Daily Photo pointed this out. The Police are posting photos of suspects from surveillance cameras so that you can help them solve the crime. The site has some issues (like most of the City of Portland's website), but it might help catch some people.

I agree that the city website has some issues. I would love a nice modern "web 2.0" redesign.
