The owner of the Maine Wharf is going forward with his plans for a five story hotel. The proposal would require a zoning change, but apparently he thinks he has support from the City Council.
And the City Council unanimously approved a Congress Street Historic District. Here are some photos of the street, circa 1981 (when it was still Marlboro Country).
